sg N21pa Blue phosphor - July 1965 2/- Wildings GPO Booklet with complete panes - Very slightly trimmed perfs to top of 2nd pane1d/3d with 3d being left band , watermark right pane SB46 ( cat £140) - 4d pane good perfs.
