A clear 1913 postally used example thought to be the only one in existance (unless you know different).

Please Note: There are a few nibbled perfs top & bottom and a small inclusion visible from the reverse otherwise an attractive scarcity.

There has been a lot of discussion about the Varnish Ink variety with all that has been seen are mint examples which appear on the 1d, 5d and 1/- values but never has a fine used example with a clear date turned up.....until NOW.
